I am shopping online for the first time, is it safe out there?Absolutely, nothing to worry about! We have some super nerdy encryption stuff in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain secret. For the techno guys out there – our website uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
I wish to order more than one items, can I get a discount?
Yes, you can. Just contact us to discuss your discount.
We use PayPal as a payment method on our website. Note that you don’t need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal – you can pay with your Visa or Mastercard on PayPal, too.
We ship globally! All of our items are shipped from our workshop in Bulgaria via Priority Airmail (which is pretty secure). After placing your order please let us have 2-4 days to produce your item. When it is finished we will notify you for the shipment.
Is it safe for my item to travel around the globe on its way to me?
We will make sure that your item travels safe on its way to you. Packing is crucial and we know that. And in effort to reduce waste, packing materials are reused, repurposed or reusable.
How long will it take for my Wood Restart design to arrive?
We must say that items usually arrive sooner than the times listed below. However in times of holidays or vacations timing may vary more or less.
• Europe: 4-10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5-15 business days
• Australia & everywhere else: 10-30 business days
In case you are in a hurry, we have faster delivery options available with two options: DHL Express Worldwide and DHL Economy Select.
To countries outside Europe is only valid service DHL Express Worldwide with delivery 2-3 business days. Can be chosen option for delivery of your card.
Тhe price of your delivery might see in your shop card after addition of item.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
No worries. Your package will be directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick them up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).
Can I send Wood Restart design as a gift to my friend?
Sure! We will happily help you suprise your freind or family. Just tell us who your friend is, what is the occasion, and the address. We can also include a nice greeting card for the people you care.
Do I have to pay any customs taxes?
It depends on where you are from and your country’s law. However this is unlikely to happen as our prices aren’t high enough to be charged.
Refunds & Returns
We care about your postive shopping experience with Wood Restart, so please contact me anytime with questions or concerns about your order. I do my best to provide you with quality service and unique quality items at all times!
I always make sure you receive the item you have purchased in the given time frames, however if a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
Packages whose tracking info shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.
If you want to return // exchange an item for a full refund (minus the shipping costs), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges must be of the same or lesser value of the item purchased. If you wish to exchange your item for one at a higher price an invoice with the difference will be sent to you.

If you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund (minus shipping costs) please make sure item is packaged properly so it reaches me in its original intact condition.
I always make sure to pack the items carefully so they can reach you in its original condition.

Can I use a Wood Restart lamp in my country?
Sure you can. We use EU (CEE 7/16 Europlug) power plugs, but we will make sure to send you a plug adapter that will match your country’s standard. Voltage of 110V to 230V is OK, just use the proper bulb (we usually send bulbs with our lamps) and your lamp will be fine. The electrical components we use are CE marked, which is a guarantee for high quality and safety. In case you are unsure about anything concerning your lamp, don’t hesitate to ask us.
